Sadly, those who had travelled the least and were more limited in their experience and knowledge of other countries, were largely responsible for the leave vote. They only knew what the right wing nationalistic press told them.

Goodness gracious, what a comment varian. I voted leave without following anything apparently right wing. I've been alive long enough to see what's been happening around me to make an informed judgement. I also own a passport that has been used multiple times. Oh and I also live in London.

There is one thing which has been puzzling me. I voted to leave but like most never really expected the result to go the way it did as the propaganda was so much for remain. So, the government had every excuse to take the referendum as just a suggestion, say it was too close to call and ignore it apart from using it as a lever to gain concessions from the EU. So why didn't they? They could have easily and had the backing of the opposition. Apparently. I've been smelling a rat for a while. I suspect a hidden agenda. There's something we don't know and I think we're all being taken for fools. I think its all a put up job.

All I know is that on the 24th of June this year I will have another party to celebrate that glorious day.
In fact I think I'll have one on that glorious day every year for as long as I'm able. And when I'm not my daughter will have to take over the baton.

Can't say where I work but Ive watched it all, believe me. The upperclass where such "champions" of immigration, however I didn't see one of them befriending a migrant. Loved the cheap non complaining labour though, loved it.
