Anyone got any information we can put onto this thread please?

Anniebach Thu 27-Apr-17 09:57:48

I think it matches your constant false accusations that I support the Tories Whitewave,

Anniebach Thu 27-Apr-17 09:56:11

Would someone remind me when I have posted support for the Tory party, as claimed by Whitewave .

If critcism of Corbyn is supporting the Tory party it follows those who critcised Farage also supported the Tory party

whitewave Thu 27-Apr-17 09:55:40

Oh annie that is absolutely ridiculous and I suspect you know it is.

Anniebach Thu 27-Apr-17 09:52:05

who you vote for is up to you whitewave, you support communism I do not

FarNorth Thu 27-Apr-17 09:50:26

A large proportion of the population, and the ones most likely to vote, are a load of grannies, scottie.

whitewave Thu 27-Apr-17 09:47:33

So are you saying we should or shouldn't vote Labour annie?

Anniebach Thu 27-Apr-17 09:45:46

Trisher, May will not hsve my vote, but if and when Corbyn has destroyed the Lsbour party, turned labour voters Tory to increase the Tory msjority at the election, the homeless and vunerable can thank you . I couldn't live with that

whitewave Thu 27-Apr-17 09:44:15

beam do you understand the term? I very much doubt it given the way you constantly use it to describe a future Labour Britain. You are simply wrong.

Beammeupscottie Thu 27-Apr-17 09:42:21

I love the assumption that what a load of grannies think will make much difference to the Election result!
Corbyn asks for all the flack he gets. I "couldn't live with myself (what a dated phrase) if Communism ruled this Country.

whitewave Thu 27-Apr-17 09:31:10

annie when and if May wins the election, and the poor, the sick and young suffer as a result, has it occurred to you that your lack of support for the Labour Party and your apparent support of the Tories will be a tiny bit to blame. Everybodies voice counts. I couldn't live with that personally.

GracesGranMK2 Thu 27-Apr-17 09:27:11

I have seen very little (or no) evidence that May is strong. On the contrary, she seems to cave into pressure far too easily and looks and sounds uncomfortable, whenever she has to improvise.

I can't see it either daphne. Corbyn has been attacked by all the right-wing and some of the left-wing press. He has been vilified and is still pleasant and appears approachable and he is also still saying that discussion is more important than force unless and until it fails.

I could not believe any of the body language and tone coming from May yesterday - it was just a bully in public. She will not put herself in front of the 'general' public - voters - but only specially selected audiences. She wants to be rid of all opposition and thinks the only way she can be strong enough to negotiate with the EU is to do that.

Do people want a bully to stand for their country? I certainly do not.

daphnedill Thu 27-Apr-17 09:16:12

Ooops! ~lol~ wrings = wrongs

(Although "wrings" (wet dishrags come to mind) could work.) grin

daphnedill Thu 27-Apr-17 09:14:38

I thought this thread was about May hmm. There's another one about Corbyn.

Two wrings don't make a right.

Anniebach Thu 27-Apr-17 09:11:36

Mr Corbyn, do you think there will be an early election

Reply - your harassing me , and he dashes to hide behind a glass door.

Select committee - you called Hamas your friends

Reply - umm, with hindsight I was wrong.

The man has his questions at PMQ written out and he reads from them

rosesarered Thu 27-Apr-17 09:06:42

Exactly ab and that is what an Opposition is for.....opposing!

Anniebach Thu 27-Apr-17 09:06:03

May has debating skills and Corbyn has? grin

Anniebach Thu 27-Apr-17 09:04:14

An interesting list, so Corbyn achieved all that ?

No involvement by the Lords, no involvement by the SNP , and Corbyn-led Labour? it is claimed on this forum by the far left the labour MP's don't support him

Cindersdad Thu 27-Apr-17 08:59:54

Though I'm not a Tory - IF and it's a big IF I would vote Tory if my Tory candidate was open minded and independent like Anna Soubrey then YES. If he/she was a toe-the-line at all costs then NO. There needs to be a sufficient number of MP's prepared to stand for what they believe in for the good of the country even if their party is not that way inclined.

whitewave Thu 27-Apr-17 08:59:42

May simply can't think on the hoof, which is why she resorts to sneering and unpleasantries. It is why she won't appear on a tv debate. May has no debating skills.

daphnedill Thu 27-Apr-17 08:56:15

I have seen very little (or no) evidence that May is strong. On the contrary, she seems to cave into pressure far too easily and looks and sounds uncomfortable, whenever she has to improvise. I hadn't realised how many really nasty expressions she has and how aggressive her body language is.

She reminds me of a former Deputy Head. Whenever she stood up to speak it was cue for a nap, while appearing to be awake - a technique many of us developed over time.

daphnedill Thu 27-Apr-17 08:49:39

Nothing to do with Corbyn, but much of the latest Budget has been scrapped, including "Making Tax Digital", which must have wasted billions in IT development. I'm miffed, because I wasted an hour participating in an online podcast about it. angry

Johnson likes to show off that he knows words that nobody else has heard of. He called Corbyn a "mutton-headed old mugwump". Not very clever. Johnson is supposed to be a respected senior politician.

whitewave Thu 27-Apr-17 08:30:46

Oh it was so ridiculous the first thing he said was trust and strength and chaos. Box ticked!!!! May would have approved.

He is still warbling on - burble burble. Chunter, chunter. He has said absolutely zero of any intelligence. Simply tells us everything we know.
