Yes I know it's hard to imagine that there's even more but why on earth are they going to change the voting system for electing mayors and police and crime commissioners? Oh wait a minute, is it because, surely not, that it would advantage them?

GracesGranMK2 Sun 28-May-17 12:57:17

The view of a police person about the Conservatives increased police levels.

David Davis agreeing with Corbyn.

Hammond is hidden under the floorboards somewhere, along with Jeremy Hunt. Gove made an appearance recently but it hasn't been repeated. There are more and more of them who can't show their face!!!

durhamjen Sun 28-May-17 13:20:22

They'll have to let some of them out now that Mayhem is not the greatest asset she was thought to be.
They can't leave it all up to Rudd, can they?

GracesGranMK2 Sun 28-May-17 13:21:21

I think Hammond is down the maths mine trying to get out something they can publish figures-wise but I agree Hunt may be buried under a mountain of work or some such. Gove was interesting. He came on near the beginning and told us how wonderful May is but now he has completely gone to ground - just in the last weekhmm

Lovely photo on here. The words are important, too, so don't be deflected by the photo.

Trying hard to think of someone dj but they've all jumped ship or been spirited away hmm

whitewave Sun 28-May-17 13:32:39

Please ladies - it is the I, me, myself election you should know that. It's May or nothing -or in Paxmans case it's not even May.

It is a joke, May has been doing Rudds job all week since Manchester as she was dead keen to appear S&S. But as soon as she has to answer any questions!!!!! Well after the last disaster with Neil, she shoves Rudd forward to do her dirty work. What a shambles.

An elephant is killed every 25minutes for its ivory. I see the Tories are keen to support this slaughter, by quietly lifting the ivory ban.

durhamjen Sun 28-May-17 14:09:29

People think we criticise Mayhem too much. How about this from Rod Liddle.

" Theresa May has the personal warmth, wit, oratorical ability and attractiveness of an Indesit fridge-freezer which has been faultily connected by a man called Trevor for five quid, cash in hand, and which is now full of decomposing Findus Crispy Pancakes. There is no vision, there is no chutzpah. Just the bland repetition of meaningless phrases. Corbyn is a far better campaigner."

durhamjen Sun 28-May-17 14:26:21

A picture tells a thousand words. Almost makes me feel sorry for her.

harrigran Sun 28-May-17 14:42:50

grin Rod Liddle wrote in today's Times 'Blair and Corbyn - two cheeks of the same Liberal a**e'

durhamjen Sun 28-May-17 14:47:31

I'd rather be that than an Indesit fridge freezer!
Actually, it just shows how stupid he is, considering how different Blair and Corbyn are. Corbyn would get lots more praise - particularly on here - if he were more like Blair.

Jane10 Sun 28-May-17 15:23:22

I daresay Ant and Dec would be better campaigners but rubbish at the hard stuff of politics. I'd rather have someone of substance and relevant experience than a glib "people person". Gaun yersel Theresa!

harrigran Sun 28-May-17 15:23:46

Well I have had a very decent Indesit fridge, lasted years and did it's job admirably and DD's BIL Trevor fitted it and yes it cost me a fiver.

Shows the number of police cuts, and the fact that there will still be a dementia tax.

Ana Sun 28-May-17 15:38:20

You can't beat an Indesit fridge-freezer! Does the job it's supposed to.

durhamjen Sun 28-May-17 15:41:24

Not if it's full of decomposing Findus Crispy Pancakes.

Anniebach Sun 28-May-17 15:52:19

Corbyn would have kept my respect if he hadn't proved to be a back stabber and a hypocrite

Ana Sun 28-May-17 15:55:11

Strange that you think Liddle's so stupid when you'd just quoted him insulting May, durhamjen.

trisher Sun 28-May-17 16:45:50

Sill trying to think who can be let out -
Boris- not likely he consistently messes up
Ian Duncan Smith - No people will remember the the cuts and the things he did
Gove- No the teachers hate him
Hunt -No everyone hates him
Hammond- No he's messed up and May hates him
Osborne- He's jumped ship
Cameron- Ditto
Amber Rudd will have to do

durhamjen Sun 28-May-17 16:50:39

Maybe Corbyn will change his mind and go in the leaders debate.

rosesarered Sun 28-May-17 16:57:11

Corbyn is good at campaigning, it's what he does best.....it may well be the only thing he does well.
That and promising a free for all manifesto will no doubt garner some extra votes.
When it comes to the nitty gritty though, few can see him as Prime Minister.
