Our country post Brexit

I would be more concerned about the import of American chickens putting our own poultry farmers out of business than anything else.

There are a lot of GM foods imported into Europe, maize from America for one. But there are many many more.

Imported as feed for animals, not for human consumption.

Although the Gardner does come in contact with chlorine when he cleans the pool.

Mike Hawes of the motoring manufacturing wrote about the difficulties being faced by the car manufacturing industry.

Car sales continue to decline and July sales dropped by 10% on average in the UK.

The industries view is that they would prefer Brexit didn't happen, but failing that disaster they say any agreement is better than none.

"From our point of view, we'd be better off to stay. If the electorate decided to (leave) they maybe didn't understand the economic arguments or didn't appreciate how sever the impact was going to be. We need to revisit this, then we can make clear what the situation is"

Of course we know that at present the government la ks the capacity to do anything but wage war within itself.

Decline in car manufacturing already.

Brexit is not necessarily to blame for the decline in car and van sales ww . Employers have cut right back in their company cars as have fleet buyers . We are due to replace one vehicle ( yes I know only one) but we are holding back very reluctant as too much insecurity over diesel and petrol run vehicles and how they will de-value quicker than ever before . Company vehicle tax has gone up significantly and we have already seen P11D values shoot up , even though we were told by Gordon Brown to buy diesel. They're all bloody liars !

Gordon Brown wasn't the liar.At the time we were all told that diesel was safer than petrol for the environment.
I'd be very surprised if he knew differently and lied about it.

I'm only quoting the Representative of the motoring association gilly I assume he has his finger on the button.
