Well really It isn't my fault if schools are unable to balance their budgets. We are giving them more money. Perhaps the children are not taking as much care as they should of the items listed. Teachers need to make sure that children do not waste resources, they should be taught to only use felt pens when essential and a return to flour and water paste instead of expensive glue sticks might help (I must ask Ofsted to include this in inspections).
