Defiantly signs of severe stress.

And when in between running UNITE and your business did you get your medical degree grandad 1943

Can people with a dual personality challenge one another to a duel? If they fight one another with a sword in each hand, would the duel be too much of a task for one, and would they have to resort to dual tasking? Should both personalities be checking their spelling of homophones like dual and duel?

Where did I mention glee?
You didn't, kitty - and I checked to make sure before I posted a response to jura.
You said nothing in your post that jura has not told everyone on GN in other posts.

Don't worry.

Arla imports much of the milk it uses in the products it makes on a daily JIT basis from the EU
That is why I mentioned British made dairy products manufactured from British milk,*Welshwife*.

MaizieD Fri 20-Jul-18 18:15:37

Speech to text software gets a bit confused with homophones, Elegran.

Besides, I thought it was terribly Bad Form on here to point out other posters' errors in spelling, grammar etc.

Anniebach Quote[ And when in between running UNITE and your business did you get your medical degree grandad 1943] End Quote

Anniebach, recognising stress is a basic section of all work safety training. I achieved my what would now be known as a NVQ two qualification in that subject through my Trade Union education coarse in mid eighties.

Following the above I achieved a higher IOSH overall workplace safety qualification(s) throughout the late eighties and early nineties which included much in regard to workplace stress recognition.

Jalima1108 Fri 20-Jul-18 18:17:43

Or do you STILL not get it?
No, because voice recognition has its limitations and faults - but I would think that you would still be able to preview posts to check before posting.

Jalima1108 Fri 20-Jul-18 18:20:59

Elegran, I believe there are many throughout the UK that voted for Brexit but now do no acknowledge that they did so.
And for all we know, you could be one of them Grandad.

Grandad1943 Fri 20-Jul-18 18:21:29

MaizieD, that's what I get for duel.....dual tasking.

Of coarse there are those on here that have nothing better to do than pick up on minute things such as that, especially when suffering stress. It is a classic sign of the condition.

Menopaws Fri 20-Jul-18 18:21:59

Mawbroon for PM

Jalima1108 Fri 20-Jul-18 18:22:21

In regard to duel tasking, it is something which is now carried out in many forms in offices today especially with the advance of mobile technology.
In which case, I am so relieved to be retired.

Quite honestly, you think they would be banned on Health and Safety grounds, wouldn't you!!

Anniebach Fri 20-Jul-18 18:27:42

Oh an NVQ

lemongrove Fri 20-Jul-18 18:31:58

Oh give it up Grandad43 in posting ridiculous things to Mawbroon you are just making youreslf look foolish, and I can’t see a single poster agreeing with you.

Could be Elegran....could be. However, in my case it is most definitely is not the case.

I firmly believe that the three key questions I asked of the Brexit supporters there are no satisfactory answer to. That is why those questions are not replied to on this forum and elsewhere.

Brexit is at this point in time a disaster for Britain and will remain that way until those questions are resolved.

Chewbacca Fri 20-Jul-18 18:38:43

Defiantly signs of severe stress. or definitely signs of severe stress? hmm

Grandad1943 Fri 20-Jul-18 18:42:52

lemongrove, I believe it was MawBroon who was at first very disparaging to me if you check back.

I only give back what I get and if that person and others do not like that, too bad.

Being a male on what can be a very sexist forum in regard to some who post on here, it is nothing different than what I come to expect.

Also, Lemon as you have seen, I have received much support in the above from the non-sexist members of this forum.

lemongrove Fri 20-Jul-18 18:51:08

You won’t receive any support for the sort of stuff you have been saying to Maw .....
No posters on GN are sexist, you go too far at times Grandad43 and some things you say go beyond the personal.
Stick to politics.

jura2 Fri 20-Jul-18 18:54:13

Life is too short Grand. All the best ...

kittylester Fri 20-Jul-18 18:56:45

But, grandad, are there any brexiteers on this thread? Or only the ones you accuse of being so?

And, you are accusing lots of us of being sexist - can you justify that or is it just because we don't agree with you - which is sexist of you in itself

Jalima1108 Fri 20-Jul-18 19:01:18

Defiantly signs of severe stress.
It's this voice recognition technology, Chewbacca - and it's not selling itself to me!

Jalima1108 Fri 20-Jul-18 19:04:02

Besides, I thought it was terribly Bad Form on here to point out other posters' errors in spelling, grammar etc.
Probably it is MaizieD, but it is definitely (or defiantly) against the guidelines to infer that a poster has mental health problems.

And some people with their extraordinarily patronising and humourless manner, assume far too much about other posters.

Jalima1108 Fri 20-Jul-18 19:04:34

superfluous comma there

Grandad1943 Fri 20-Jul-18 19:04:38

Definitely Chewbacca. Speech recognition most definitely under stress this last couple of hours.

Not bad though for a mobile version on my Huawei P20 Pro phone. I have only had it for a few days and I have to say they certainly know how to make a phone these Chinese.

Everything dictated to this forum I did not check and it seems there have been far fewer voice recognition errors than even they claim. That being 98% accuracy.

Anyway the documents we have been waiting to be transferred to us for the last two hours looks like they will not arrive tonight now. So, just sent text to all the WAGS of the team, and we are off down the pub for a meal and a pint.

So, Chewbacca you can check for errors in this post and let me know tomorrow. grin

Jalima1108 Fri 20-Jul-18 19:07:15

Sorry, Grandad, I don't have any answers because I voted Remain.

As a poster who has left the forum said - 'It depends on your attitude to risk' - not necessarily in those particular words.
