The BP is registered with the electoral commission. How it decides on its candidates must be up to itself within the relevant law and its own internal processes. So of course NF can stand at the GE as long as he’s not still an MEP.

They can’t jura they have to form a proper political party which Farage will hate as his narcissism can’t stand not being in total charge.

So that’s from Olaf (the EU commission on a French acronym).

Seems the U.K. Electoral Commission is a separate investigation. No idea where that one is up to.
