The BEST news. Well done, Boris & Co for rethinking this dreadful practice. And a huge well done for all those tireless and persistent protesters in Lancashire. You did so well and must be feeling very relieved.

I agree, it's excellent news.

Living in Lancashire, we see on the local news about all the issues surrounding fracking. It should never have been allowed in the first place.

People living near to the area have seen damage to their homes, and house prices drop enormously.

Hopefully fracking will not resume.

There has been fracking going on not far from me, "Sirius" and there have been minor earth tremors,so I hope it eventually banned for good
