I copied and pasted to show the probable reason why some posters fraught shy of engaging with this thread.

For 24 hours there was a bombardment by the same few posters wanting to to know the reason why they were the only ones posting so I have told you all by using your own words.

The point I think POGS is making suzie is that you shouldn't say nasty things about the Tories, Boris or people who voted for them. They on the other hand are entitled to post as much condemnatory misinformation about the left as they choose. Perhaps it's deflection, perhaps it's based on a realisation of what they have done, perhaps it's an indication of how they really think, who knows? They obviously can't justify it anyway.

Somebody failed to research his past comments before employing him ( or didn’t care) so a good job he has now resigned.

If non left wing posters say this man sounds awful, they will still be castigated for ( in their eyes) the terrible crime of voting Conservative.?
Has anyone said ‘I think he sounds great and I agree with his views’ ? No, they haven’t, just the opposite.
The sooner he is gone the better and Johnson and his aides must learn a lesson there for the future, not to allow DC free rein with appointments.

I think what POGS is saying is the thread was perfectly right to raise the Andrew Sabisky story because it was right and fair to do so.

What ensued was not debate nor discussion because there was so quickly a desire to attack Tory GN Members by using personal attacks.

If it is thought amusing, a joke to consider calling other posters c***s by being funny, because they are not doing your bidding or vote in a different way to you then to be honest is there any surprise this thread remained with so few posters.

I thought about coming back to this thread but it had not changed the following day and the same ruddy question would have been asked so I took the time to tell you why, using your own words.

Interesting that your copy and paste job was an attempt to show us all how unreasonable we’d been when of course any Tory voter in their right mind would have immediately said (and I paraphrase obviously) ‘yes DC, BJ and AS are disgusting, revolting people whose views do not represent mine and I’m horrified that I’ve voted for a party which refuses to condemn AS. I shall be reconsidering my vote going forward and shall be putting pressure on my Tory MP to voice their opposition to this stance taken by No 10) - and not ‘you’re all being mean’.

Tbf it must be very hard when your beloved leader lets you down and hangs you out for the nasty lefties to have a go . Even worse when he refused to condemn AS and therefore as you can’t shelter behind that, you are then forced into a position of saying ‘ move along, nothing to see here’ because you know the present day Government is racist and misogynistic and is laughing at you for your devotion and support

No, I haven't heard any condemnation probably because I wasn't aware of his coming and going until I read this thread and don't listen to every utterance that comes out of their mouths.

But you’ve been on GN, you’re well aware of the behaviours and actions of BJ and DC up until now and you’re now aware of their lack of condemnation.

This behaviour from No 10 is well worthy of the disgust and anger on here I would say.
