Incidently I didn't say she tried to change things, I said it was understandable that she found life difficult. but your first example was about being respectful to a minority in a British culture. My point was that Meghan was the minority in the royal family/Britain, not the other way around.

I don’t see being respectful to a culture when I am a visitor, or being respectful to somebody else’s culture when they visit me as being mutually exclusive. Everybody needs to give a little bit.

In answer to your query Lucca. A white bride in the eyes of the church indicates virginity!!! This was a church wedding and she was no virgin! Perhaps ivory, or a softer colour would have been more appropriate particularly as Meghan was confirmed into the Anglican Church before her marriage so presumably took her new found religion seriously?!
