It would seem that the situation within the Labour Party grows darker by the day. It is being extensively reported that those named in the released report for their actions in working against the party are now taking up legal action against their employers.
Almost all of the activities that those alleged to have carried out against Corbyn and Formby were recorded on the Labour Party computer system. Therefore the release of that information in the leaked report is a violation of the Data Protection Act
Estimates put the liabilities of the Labour Party in fines and compensation to those named in the report may be as high as eight million pounds. The foregoing figure is not being denied by even the most prominent figures in the parliamentary Labour Party today, and it is being stated that such financial damage would undoubtedly bring bankruptcy to the Labour Party.
I feel that after all that has come about in recent years, months and days none of the affiliate organisations will on this occasion be prepared to put their hands into their pockets to bail the parliamentary Labour Party out.
This is now undoubtedly the greatest crisis in the Labour Parties more than one hundred and twenty year history and may well see the destruction of the party.
Ironically over the years, many have forecast that the left in the Labour movement would bring about the end of the Parliamentary Labour Party. However, it would now seem that it has been the ruthless behaviour of those on the right in Parliament and in their Central Office that has brought that prospect into being.
Many may ask were is Keir Starmer in all this as he has seemingly gone to ground on this issue while all around him his party tears itself apart.
I have been a supporter and subscriber to the Labour Party for nearly fifty-seven years, but as things now stand now I will certainly not be sorry should we witness its end.

Voting. I’m so glad we still have the ‘old fashioned’ system…
