Alice Cummings is not related to Dominic. According to IDOX she is not related and they have no connection with the tracing app. I'll see if I can find the refutation again.

Anyway, Alice Cummings, according the the companies register, was born in 1963. She certainly isn't a child of Dominic's mother as she herself, b.1949, would have been 14 in 1963.

Cumming's sister in Durham, is a Director of IDOX, the company running the new CV-19 Track & Trace App.

IDOX also runs the postal votes system.
