Mark Francois is a silly little man, trying to get in with the 'big boys' who are probably laughing at home. More worrying is the fact that 40,000 people in his constituency thought he was a good choice!

It's such a short clip, taken out of context, so it's difficult to tell if it's a threat or a friendly warning imo.

Presumably Francois exactly knows what Cummings is like.
In some countries the Army would take charge of Cummings, of course.

Well, I hope you're right Pantglas. It was the way Francois spoke to him which genuinely took my breath away. Not only did he say "bl**dy", but he sounded like a two year old threatening somebody with his Mum.

And this is the man who used to brag about his military background until it was discovered he was in the TA catering corps.

I suspect he has enough on his plate sorting out the Civil service Growstuff! They’ll tie him up in knots before the next election and then he’ll be gone anyway!

I had to tip a grin when I read it. It was in the paper a few days ago.
