Just wondering - why is this post in the News and Politics Forum?

Because the main photo on the main page of this site is very, very, very white, pale-

So it only makes sense to create a thread about toes under politics and news-

It's intended as a a joke thread.

Painted toe nails all year round and they must match my fingernails.

I start work today, mainly feet so I am just going out to pick some garnish.
I do hope all 3 of my clients remember to bring their sandals with the Velcro fastenings to make it easier to get over the toes ?

I have a pedicure booked for later on this morning, I am so excited ?

My toenails are always some lovely colour, usually bright pink or red, or mauve.
But I do give them a couple of months rest from varnish in the winter as I think it's good for them.

Not painting toenails doesn't mean they are not cared for though.

Unfortunately my feet came out of the same mould as Maizie and Calendar ‘s.
I try to cover up as much of my feet as possible with carefully chosen sandals in summer so I don’t expose others to the ghastly sighted my bunions and toes!

Mine too. However, my toenails are probably the best part. And that's not saying much.

Yes, paint both fingernails and toe nails all year round, corals pinks pastels for summer and browns and reds for winter, don’t wear blues greens or yellows ever

All year. Brighter colours in summer and sometimes gold . Hate my nails without polish and if I say so myself have small quite nice feet

Well, I'm off to work with bright blue toenails. Feels odd. The young people I work with will notice even small changes and will tell me if they don't like it. My recent new glasses caused all sorts discussion lol

Only in summer - I think they need to breathe in winter.

Only in summer so look nice with sandals. Currently a light metallic pink. (makes feet look more tanned).

Don't know why this is under news and politics!

I paint mine only in summer when wearing sandals, as last May the edge of a cooker we were moving dropped on my big toe. Despite wearing garden clogs I had a massive bruised nail which even now is black on the top half. So it's covered in a bright pink since then!

Toenails garnished with sliced cucumber, radish roses and sprigs of parsley always look nicer than plain.

And a nice bit of rocket Callistemon. ?

I'm having my toes garnished in a couple of weeks time. I've got a pale pink polish on just now until my gel pedicure.
