Congratulations to Ed Davey who said-

"I stand for all the things Liberal Democrats stand for: social justice, political reform, equality and protecting our environment. I stand for fairness and for fighting to protect the rights of ordinary people."

But they must have known that many switched to them to try to oust a sitting tory MP. The last leader was 'proud of her time in government'. They had nothing to be proud off. Ed will have to strike a very different tone.

Caught the last part of his interview on BBC breakfast earlier. I thought he would have been a little contrite about the Cameron/Clegg government. Sadly more of the same.....We did so well in government. No you really did not. You didn't even get any form of PR.

Well with Ed Davey being a leading figure in that coalition government should give his opponents plenty of ammunition to throw at him come election time.

What is it they say in regard to Leopards and spots? ?
