Sorry, that was meant seriously - as in agreeing that photographing and such was inappropriate.

I wonder why the car didn't have tinted windows to make it impossible to take a picture. Perhaps PP wanted to be photographed without making it obvious.

I think being discharged at 99 after 4 weeks in hospital, being photographed would be the last thing on his mind. Being in hospital for so long at any age is exhausting and all he probably wanted to do like any of us us get home to his own bed.

He has a wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, it
May have been the last thing in his mind but distressing for those who love him.

I agree Anniebach. We were shocked when we saw it on the news. Poor old man. Surely the press could have just held back for once. Those photographers should be ashamed of themselves as should editors who chose to show the photos. All quite unnecessary.

I also think it was so wrong to have taken pictures of Philip.

After all what did they show ?
A very elderly, rather frail looking gentleman sitting in the back of the car being driven home.

It wasn’t exactly the scoop of the year was it?

If you have read my previous post, the hospital made every effort to keep his discharge private. As I said I am not a RF fan but at our life experience age it doesn't take a massive stretch of the imagination to understand why he may have been discharged either. I am disgusted they took, bought and published the photos.
