There are many things to admire Dr Jill Biden for; but her 'slimness' and ability to wear stiletto heels are not two of them!

I have to admit to admiration about how good she looks, even if she does have a lot of help to achieve it. The heels? No. I don't think women should hobble themselves by wearing them.

I was borderline anorexic in my youth, which buggered up my metabolism, so now I am fat, despite eating very little.
My thinness was so 'admired' that my best friend became bulimic, sometimes that she still struggles with

I think it is perfectly alright to admire how someone looks Fanny I dont know why you think it is not.
Most people/posters are sensible and do not go to the extreme. People should be free to comment and admire. Your personnel cicumstances have nothing to do with this thread and are not the norm, although I accept this is horrible for sufferers, but it has nothing to do with people commenting on Jill Bidens appearance.
Someone told me the other day they liked the style of something I was wearing, it was a compliment, I took it as such, like I took this thread by the OP when she commented on Jill Biden.
