Not a Brexiter, but trying hard to answer your question with something more serious than my previous attempt. I can only think of specific products that are desired because the producer does such a wonderful job. An example would be Maldon Salt. I have relations in France and Australia who buy this because they think it's the bees knees. That's not to say other countries can't produce their own fabulous salt.

Can't think why. There's plenty of sea salt and fleur de sel produced in France. They're slightly different types.

Fleur de Sel de Guérande will do the job really well- so no need for British salt, I can assure you.

The Japanese make good whisky too.

Fleur de Sel de Bex is great too and closer to me.

But you know Welshwife, some can still pop over to Spain on a regular basis to get their top up of Mediterranean sun in their second home, so its all OK really.

No, it's not "doable" since the health care regulations changed. It completely stopped my sister's plans to retire to Spain because she can't get a visa without healthcare. Brexit has completely scuppered her plans. Healthcare is also a factor why a friend can't live in Germany with her partner of many years. I won't go into detail, but it was their plan since before the referendum, but they just can't do it now.

You really should check out some facts.

I'm not the slightest bit envious. I would truly hate to live there. It's the lack of awareness of other people's situations and the twisting and avoidance of facts which annoy me.

How is THAT playing the ball, not the man' !!!

No green eye monster and envy from me for sure. Many of us Remainers do have 'privileged' lifestyles- yes even some of us who lean quite a bit left of centre- hands up- guilty as charged + a lot more. And want to keep bridges open with Europe for our youngsters, and want excellent education not just for our grand-children, but for all children, Same for health, environment, and so much more.

I doubt if there are many people whose lives haven't been affected by Brexit. Most people don't live in bubbles or on fluffy clouds.

I often think about the British woman who complained to the Holiday Company and wanted a refund, because there were too many Spanish people at her Hôtel, and thought the Spanish should go elsewhere!

I have to say when we go to Tuscany, the few French people who go to our resort make a beeline when the staff tell them I speak French and can give advice on where to go and what to do in area (we have been going there for 15 years now) - as they are surrounded by Brits and Americans speaking English only among theselves.

I’ve gone into this so many times over the years! I can hardly bear to keep repeating it.

I voted to Leave because the EU are in my opinion, a corrupt bunch, fat on the gravy train. Most unelected. Don’t go there. You’ve tried & im not convinced. VdL is a great case in point.

Workers from Europe kept UK wages down. There’s now no denying that and I really wanted our own young ‘uns to earn decent wages, be offered apprenticeships etc. Too many firms (hauliers for example) took on workers. Our own lot tried to earn money but in the UK the standard of living is high - rents & mortgages for example. Workers from within the EU were coming over, sending their wages home (Sterling to euro was doing really well) and their economies were poor, stagnating. Poland, Latvia etc.

Oh do you know what? I’m going to stop.
I’m even sick of hearing myself justifying my vote all over again.
