Southerners and Northerners are paying higher taxes, but only the Southerners are benefiting.

Wales won’t be affected tanith, health and care is devolved here, as in Scotland and Northern Ireland so the Act won’t apply to us thankfully.

Totally biased towards those with high value properties.

There are areas in the South which are poor, extremely high unemployment, one of the poorest and most deprived areas in England is in East Essex (Jaywick).

The cost of living is generally higher in the South also.

It won’t only be those in the North though Wales will among other areas will be affected too.

But Southerners need more,don’t they ? More expensive there and they have to live in the manner to which they are accustomed.
