As if there isn't enough evidence that Johnson is unfit for office

Now we read reports that senior civil servants and ministers were having to insist that Johnson works from the office and not from home due to red boxes, many of them full of highly sensitive information, laying about in the Downing Street flat, open for all to see including Carrie's pals and friends who were frequent visitors. It has been described as a 'Frat house atmosphere', with people in and out.

They are trying to fix it by saying that his home is also his office so the rules don’t apply.

Why?

And are the questionnaires issued under caution? Or do different rules apply?

No I believe they are issued under caution

So Johnson has received his questionnaire.

Undoubtedly his lawyers will complete it, in such a way as to avoid incriminating himself.

Whose paying for his legal advice?

And this man is leading the country! Dear oh dear.

One of the most astonishing things is that, in their reporting this morning, the BBC are having to repeatedly say "He will be expected to answer truthfully".

This is the country we live in now.

What is it these days? So many really poor leaders in so many countries, including ours in Australia. Aren't they paid enough? Do they deliberately choose incompetents who can be manipulated or what? I have always said the most successful politician around is Putin though, God forbid, that we should look for someone like him. Angela Merkel was good, too.

I’ve got it Whitewavemark2 - it was his doppelgänger at those parties after all, the real Boris was actually locked away at Chequers diligently working away on government business all the time.

What a distance we have travelled - from the first lie in parliament “there were no parties” to “I stuck entirely to all lockdown requirements” to now

“Johnson being helped by his lawyers in swerving any criminal record by arguing a technicality”

Johnson now saying ‘You’ll need a tank division to drag me out of Downing Street’. That’ll be interesting.

Now that is something I am looking forward to see.

James Blunt – Musician (and ex Army Captain) tweeted:

Could all past and present soldiers of D Squadron please DM me. I’m putting something together.

Boris, your call smile

Are we having to pay for the lawyers that Johnson has taken on in an attempt to prove his innocence?

Typical of her. Can’t stand her.

Did anyone see the ghastly Carol Malone on Sky News ranting about Major just being bitter that Johnson had ‘got brexit done’, totally talking over the other journalist who was reviewing the days news. Even the girl from Sky News had to keep reminding her that that had nothing to do with the parties and that Johnson had lied about them. And when she mentioned Majors affair it had to be pointed out that Johnson wasn’t exactly squeaky clean in that department.

His speech has been denigrated by the sycophantic Tory press.

Following Trump, will Johnson leave gracefully when he required to step down?

Will he ever leave!??

Did trump leave gracefully? I don’t think so. He still believes the election was stolen from him. Mrs trump didn’t invite the new First Lady to the White House for tea. They didn’t attend the inauguration. An absolute shower.

Yes I don’t know why I phrased that as I did? sorry to confuse.

Johnson’s very own January 6th.

Thank goodness we don’t have the proud boys in the U.K.
