Did anyone see the interviews in the working mens club on Sky News. Boris Johnson supporter saying Johnson is doing a wonderful job. When questioned about his views on the report he replied ‘what report’….

Re disappointment, I think that's already there in bucketloads. People have already decided their level of disgust and don't really need a report to back it up.

It seems that the delays put at the door of the Met for their late investigation will enable Johnson to limp on. This is not a report but a report on the report.

I think that if Johnson gets off the hook and Tory MPs continue to support him, there is a large constituency in the country that will never forgive the Tory party.

So a “do” in the flat, being investigated by the police.

If it was as has been reported a party, which at the time was illegal.

Then Johnson has lied to parliament.

He should therefore resign

Very far from off the hook. Sue Gray's report is damning I think, if you read between the lines. The list of 12 gatherings referred to the Met includes the Downing Street flat. That leaps out at me.
