How long before the right-wing turn against Ukrainian refugees?

Sorry OakDryad I got my posts the wrong way round and was adding a positive glass half full comment in response to merlotgran.

By way of explanation it isn't the individual hosts paying for the refugees' education it is the many private schools offering them places. A humanitarian gesture which goes beyond politics.
(Not out to score points, just fed up with posters continually rubbishing private schools and so used this thread to let off steam and to show that where there's a will, there's a way.)

So if they can offer places free of charge, why can't we all get them?

Funny. There was the same sort of outcry when I posted that Johnson was just a puppet and that Cummins was a Rasputin figure immediately after the election.
