I like that GB News at least gives us a fresh perspective of the news and answers some of the questions that others don’t. I agree with other posters that there seems to be a narrative that we are not allowed to discuss or disagree with. Women do not have penises. That is a biological fact. Yet we can be shut down for saying that. How people chose to live their lives is their choice not mine and I have the right to disagree without being called names. At the end of the day we all need to respect each other’s choices and beliefs. The fact that people are having their bank accounts closed for holding different beliefs is beyond worrying.

Instead it's just the same old insults.
From my perspective, I have a working brain. I can watch, read, listen to all kinds of ideas and pick and choose which I like and those I don't.

We know that this is one of the ways they are trying to divide the nation - I see Stonewall is being brought into it now.

This will come to nothing.

It is a non- issue being peddled by the right.

BTW this thread has wandered as all threads tend to do, but it isn't exclusively about NF.

I would rather the very important situation of shutting bank accounts down, and how GB News seems to be the channel which is focusing on the problem, be the subject matter.

Does anyone see this as social engineering? Trying to make us all tow a certain line?

Or is it overreach?

My morning was going well until I read this thread.....Farage managing to fool a lot of the people a lot of the time still, I see. I expect some of you think that Rees Mogg is a 'real gentleman' too.

I am off to my greenhouse, will find more perception of reality there I suspect in among my woke tomatoes.

I'm fascinated, (genuinely), what do you know that some of us don't?
How is NF fooling us?
Do you think they are worse than any other high flying politician, from any party?

The trouble for me is I don't trust them. Rishi is after all the banks choice, not the electorate.

Dislike is probably the wrong word, I don't agree with him on some things, and as I hate the equating dislike with disagreeing I should slap my hands. Free speech union has been very helpful to some women who have faced threats from their employers.

Anyway I digress. I hope you get a proper reply that you can share with us Whitewave but I suspect they’re unlikely to tell you anything about Farage citing client confidentiality. If he’s been up to no good, then it’s fair game. If not, it’s worrrying. I suspect we’ll never know.

To be honest I think the political class are all up to God knows what, but it’s worrying, and even more worrying that there’s not a jot we can do about it. I don’t think a change of government will bring much difference, we can but hope, but I suspect not. Blair was as oily as they come and yet we started with such hope about him. And look what we’ve had since, well probably not, it’s too depressing.

Many of these initiatives are a smokescreen to give the impression governments of all persuasions are actually doing something. It doesn't seem to matter much where they are lined up on the political spectrum, they appear to operate within a framework where bodies of unelected lobbyists exert a disproportionate amount of influence. In actual fact when it comes to deep rooted inequalities as sparked by the recent insurrection in Macron's France, all the rainbow flags in the world won't change a thing. Society has to put up with the ongoing malaise that hangs around the political class per se.
