Penny Mordaunt's credibility is destroyed by her lies

I like homeopathy. It has helped me many times when conventional medicine has done nothing. I have kept what was excruciating arthritis pain in my hands and feet at bay with a homeopathic ointment rather than have steroid injections or take endless painkillers. I wasn't expecting it to work but it did.

Homeopathic remedies are cheap, so you were unlucky with your practitioner, Callistemon if she charged you a lot for them. But as with dentists or surgeons, there can be good and not-so-good practitioners.

btw I just don`t like Mordaunt, she comes across as very shallow and as quite a bully with a loud forceful voice. A bit of a nasty piece really who will duck annd dive rather than do any work

A day or two reading up on the theory of homeopathy
is very useful, because it can cure ailments that your GP can’t.
BUT remedies are non specific - there are several treatments for any ailment, so the correct one may not work first time.

The cost of self treatment is low and for routine ailments is worth trying

Casdon is right: I hope the Tories vote for the most inept candidate, then when this person makes an even worse mess of things than Boris has the electorate will recognise the new cabinet for the unprincipled bunch they will surely be and vote in the Labour Party, who don’t allow Russians to buy peerages, and who keep the true interests of working people in mind.

It used to be offered on the NHS until fairly recently but no longer.

I paid for homeopathic treatment for a DC with severe hay fever but it had no noticeable effect. Perhaps the practitioner wasn't very good but she did more talking than offering effective treatment although she did prescribe expensive remedies.

Tugenhadt was refreshingly honest on Raworth programme this morning which probably means he will lose.

At a time when the NHS is desperately struggling after a decade of tory underfunding it should most definitely be funding quack remedies that are proven to be ineffective. Whether or not they have a placebo effect is irrelevant.

It's not just Mordaunt who frightens me, the whole lot of them do.

Perhaps some people find homeopathy a help because of its placebo effect.

This isn't about Corbyn - and anyway - why assume that anyone critical of the current government is a Corbyn fan? I'm not, and didn't and wouldn't, vote for him.

Why didn't she stick with being a Remainer? Expedience? Because she's never given a convincing explanation of her conversion to the dark side. One can only conclude that her belief system is disturbingly fluid and changes when it promises her advancement through the tory ranks...
