I thought some of you (but probably not all of you) would enjoy this post from Mumsnet today, posted with no apparent irony:

Well I voted for ending freedom of movement to stop foreigners coming here and taking our jobs and living on benefits. I did not vote to make any changes for me going on holiday.

It costs more money to join to Labour (£4.67 p.m.nearly£60) than the Conservative Party (£25) for a year but…just 3 months before hand would allow a person to vote.
However, I am more worried as to who might pop up again and £25 seems not too much to block them.

They are boosted by the millions from the Russians

What saddens me is that we need people like Corbyn ( and Dennis Skinner ); in government: the sort of Jiminy Crickets that remind us constantly of the sort of country we want to live in. But he was never PM material.
