It does seem that Liz Truss is going to resign now.A good decision I think.

Blimey timed that well. Had a couple of hours walking the dog, and just got back in for lunch.

Lot of them are still MPs DaisyAnne, on the backbenches. Jeremy Hunt being one of them.

There was a woman being interviewed this morning - I didn't catch her name. She had worked in Thatcher's office. She was very interesting and at the end she said one of the problems was that they have so few good people to choose from because Johnson threw out all who wouldn't agree with him on Brexit.

I think she is right.
