Oh and I am a huge admirer of Gary- whom I have met several times. And he is spot on. Yes, they both took the money- but at the same time, they are using their platform to say what has to be said about Qatar. So rather them than some others who would not.

Honestly I think he has caught a rare affliction.

He has acute 'Lineker's Disease', which only affects ex-footballers who have gone on to become a sports pundit.

Unless you are talking about him comparing the strikes to the situation in Qatar- as I have just seen. In which case, yes, fully agree.

Pontificating - so you believe that Qatar behaved well in this sorry saga. Yes they went and tool the money, Gary too- but so glad they are making sure to use the platform they were given/took to say what has to be said. Bravo.
