This is like a trial with only a prosecution, no defence.
I would want to hear the accused side of things but that is unlikely to happen.

It's all a bit Noel and Liam Gallagher without the music. It's a fact brothers have altercations, in extreme cases, fisty cuffs and broken necklaces! Suffice to say, always two sides. Putting private family arguments into the public domain drags the whole affair into the murky world of Jeremy Kyle and the like. It does appear that Harry's ultimate goal is to tarnish his brother's reputation.

CatsCatsCats Thu 05-Jan-23 11:04:47

Naughty William.

It's great pity when brothers stop being friends. I hope Harry will succeed in regaining the trust and friendship of his father and his brother. Maybe the book will explain why there was a lack of tolerance.

I don't think Harry wants to regain the trust and friendship of his father and brother.

He'll have to stop bitching in public for that to happen and trust once broken is hard to get back, regardless of how much love there is Caleo.

For me, this goes way beyond two brothers no longer being friends.

Over-entitled people making cash out of so-called celebrity. Boring!

Somebody is going to be in big trouble for sending this information to one media outlet before all the others, surely? I thought it was being stage managed for one big splash across all media.

read the comments then you would find that The Guardian obtained a copy of the book!

Oh dear lemsip, you didn’t read the exchange between FannyC and I properly - of course I knew it came via the Guardian - it was how they got hold of the story that was the issue.

On one of H's at least 6 face book pages there are pictures of him with a black eye, bruises to his face and a bruused hand. Injuries claimed to been inflicted by his brother during their fight.

Rather odd when in his book he claims to have been grabbed by the throat, having his necklace broken and falling backward onto a dog bowl, which in the Netflix series was plastic, but in the book was pottery which broke and the broken pieces cut into his backhmm.

Was the bruised hand due to him hitting his brother?

The pictures were supposedly taken when they arrived in Marrakesh in 2019. Funny how they've never been seen before and a You Tube video of their arrival, in which he can be seen in the same suit as the photographs, shows not a single bruise.

Smileless2012 Thu 05-Jan-23 11:33:39

bruised hand

Smileless2012 Thu 05-Jan-23 11:38:23

Another You Tube video a month ago shows the same pictures of H's injuries which were visible when he was leaving Montecito, more than 3 years after the alleged incident with his brother.

The plot thickens.

25Avalon Thu 05-Jan-23 11:40:06

On UTube it was said the black eye was given Hume by Meghan!!!!

25Avalon Thu 05-Jan-23 11:40:24

Him not Hume

Smileless2012 Thu 05-Jan-23 11:42:39

Yes it does Avalon but one thing we do know for certain is that they were not inflicted by his brother which verifies what we also know about H; he lies.

True on many counts. I have however not heard these rumours of domestic abuse before. Isn’t that what abuser’s do - separate you from your family and friends and make you entirely dependent on them? I dk what to think except this guy is so so mixed up.

Smileless2012 Thu 05-Jan-23 11:54:40

I hadn't heard any domestic violence rumours either Avalon but you're quite right that abusers separate their victims from their family and friends.

So the fight resulted in his ‘necklace being ripped’, think that’s what it said.

Pearls, I assume.

‘Ripped’, not ‘clutched’.

Couldn't put it any better 😅.
Brothers.. Both ex - military come on what a load of tosh, who cares.

Ooh a man wearing a necklace. Deserves to be attacked. Let's make it funny and classist as well as sexist.
Only it isn't.

I don't know if this is true, but I see no reason why it shouldn't be. Historically we know there were huge arguments between brothers in the RF, only beaten (that was unintentional) by the arguments between fathers and sons. Practically all the Georges who had sons, hated them.

I do think it should make anyone consider carefully if they want an aggressive male to succeed Charles, or if it really is time to ditch the RF.

bevisp1 Thu 05-Jan-23 12:02:51

So what if William had said to harry about Meghan being rude, difficult and abrasive, he was only speaking the truth from himself, he could have said much worse and threatening things..

25Avalon Thu 05-Jan-23 12:05:54

There are one so blind as those who will not see. Harry was/is besotted. The Queen feared he loved too much.

25Avalon Thu 05-Jan-23 12:06:16

None not one

Smileless2012 Thu 05-Jan-23 12:06:28

What do you think about the photographs Glorianny which claim that H's extensive bruising was caused by his brother when it clearly hadn't been?

Do you not see that this alone shows that what he's claiming on one of his face book pages 'The Duke and Duchess of Sussex' cannot possibly be true?

Smileless2012 Thu 05-Jan-23 12:09:39

There's no evidence that William is an aggressive male but just as well Harry wont be succeeding his father, as he appears to be incapable of separating fact from fiction.

Such an obvious lie, I don't know how anyone can ignore it let alone defend it.

nanna8 Thu 05-Jan-23 12:09:55

Well it seems lies run in their family. Look at Andrew and his silly replies when he was interviewed on tv. That mob couldn’t lie straight in bed.

Nanatoone Thu 05-Jan-23 12:16:28

I feel here for William and Kate and the King. No right of reply (and I think that's the right approach). I think most people won't give a monkey's about a bit of shoving and pushing betweeen brothers either. Fancy even bringing that into the public domain! Embarrassing in the extreme for Harry. I do not know the truth of everything they say and I am sure that some of it is true. Much of it is exagerrated or untrue, that is for sure (evidence has been provided). They are a couple of strange individuals and although they are making money now, it will not continue as they have shown how devious they are. Who would want to be friends with these people? The next thing you know your relationship with them would be used to create more stories. I think they will never be accepted now, and if they are, they will betray anyone that they think will bring them a payday.
