According to Twitter Nicola Sturgeon plans to stand down as SNP leader before the next UK election. Has that been suggested anywhere else?

Dont get your hopes up Nicola is going nowhere until her work is done .As a long time member of SNP I can assure you the word on twitter is very different from the word from the FM in person .

Never say never!

Having resigned she should leave politics completely because it doesn’t work to hang around after you have had the top job.

Fortunatley, I cannot see a new SNP leader having the sheer clout of Nicola Sturgeon for quite along time.

All the other political parties in Scotland are likely to benefit from het resignation.
