Getting back to the subject. I was selfishly sorry that Dominion accepted the $787.5m (£633m) settlement. I would like to have seen Fox's methods explained in court. However, they are a business and had to do the best they could for that business.
Sky commented: it has cost Murdoch a great deal to stop the humiliation of a five to six-week trial would never have been remotely in his or his company's interest.. I think it would have been in the interest of truth, however. The settlement still needs the approval of Judge Eric Davis.
