But in their desperation to find something wrong with a photograph, they’re still missing the opportunity to address the concerns about pushing children into transition too early and the chance to say how awful the idea that people with or without banners are saying things like this-an extension of the hatred promoted by TRA and their fans.

Why would you hold a trans protest, in London's Hyde Park, in solidarity with Texas?

They put guns in toddler cars because they thought it was good to back Texan parents who think giving children guns and promoting hatred is a good idea.
Horrifying to see that some excuse that on the grounds that someone else did it first, so don’t blame us.

In the same way as some think it is a good idea to issue death threats to someone who promotes safe spaces for AHF.

Violet my comment re humour was purely and quite genuinely trying to explain why a solitary *LOL without context might be read differently by posters, than an obviously humourous comment regarding quacking penises. It was in response to your quoted comment above re the odd laugh. It appears I have not been able to explain it, I wont keep trying, it just derails things.

I have not at any point suggested you should defend or otherwise regarding any comments. That is for you to decide. I was just trying to explain why misunderstandings might have occurred regarding your LOL.

This doesn't only damage the wider trans community - who we know already face discrimination and worse. Unfortunately, the right-wing tabloids who have a field day with this kind of thing, will convince its readers that it's all to do with the 'woke' Left - or some will manage to convince themselves - and when Starmer, or anyone else for that matter, is asked leading questions... the Right will make sure that we all "understand" that this is what Labour actually support - which I'm bloody sure they don't.

I'm not really into conspiracy theories, but the current government are, with the aid of certain media, fighting for their political lives ahead of the forthcoming election, and I'm sure some political capital will be made out of incidents like this. In fact I know it will. If you trawl a few SM sites you'll see plenty of comments from Joe Public who are absolutely positive that voting Labour will land us with a government that will force us to accept such movements as legitimate... along with, of course, all the 'illegals' who keep "invading" our shores. These activists will come under the banner of the now popular "wokey Left" who are taking over - with the aid of the WEF who want to abolish the family, property, possessions and turn us all into compliant work horse slaves. Sounds ridiculous, but go on MSN and see some - too many - of the comments along these lines.

There's also the danger that 'violence will begat violence'... one lot of idiots responding to another lot of idiots - because advocating violence is idiotic.

And that's not to mention the exploitation of young people and children. To encourage any young person to believe that random acts of violence is cool, or the answer to their problems - is a crime in itself. 'Teaching" them to reach for a gun, knife or anything else as a reaction to their pain, is teaching them to be visceral, like pack animals. These activists are subverting them, and abusing them simply for their own ends. The hell they care about the kids.

One thing stands out - to me anyway. I know women can be violent, but it's not one of our defining characteristics. Violence is a male trait.

Thanks grannydarkhair quite willing to admit I was wrong and the poster must have been there.

It's obvious that there are extremists on each side. However many of the people protesting about Posie Parker or Kelly Jay Keen were not extremists or trans people, but people who are worried about a woman who has such terrible views being supported in this country.
