"Donald Trump has said he expects to be arrested by a federal inquiry into the US Capitol riot and efforts to challenge the 2020 election results."

Is he going to be called to account for this at last?

The Trump caravan continues to roll.

This week comes the 4th indictment which comes from a recorded phone call Trump made to a Republican official during the election telling him to “find” nearly 12k votes to “prove” he’d won Georgia. Trump will never ever accept that he is wrong or lost.

All power to the Republican who kept true to his oath and reported Trump.

Trump is also instructing his lawyers to Petition to remove and replace the judge with someone more sympathetic (I.E. a Republican appointed)judge and to get the case tried in a more sympathetic state. Which to me suggests that American justice is entirely dependent on the state and judge.

As an aside he has apparently been tweeting that the USA women lost the soccer game because they are too “woke”😄😄😄😄😄

Trump has a penchant for passing judgement on people.

Do you remember what he said about the late Senator John McCain?

America will be a better place when this man is no longer the focus of attention. But that might take some time.

I don't hate people as a matter of principle but I could certainly make an exception with DT. The only reason I don't is because I believe he has a pathological abnormality - he has certainly fallen in love with his own reflection.

Totally agree Dickens. Who was it who said
" I never forget a face but in your case I'm prepared to make an exception "? . I will be happy when DT is an historical aberration.

Hello from that side of the pond. Trump will never go to jail for his crimes. Even if convicted, any sitting president will pardon him to spare the country civil war.

No one person is greater than a country. To pardon someone who is convicted of causing insurrection, election fiddling, and the rest would be to an absolute travesty of US justice.

Apparently a lot of Americans think Nixon should NOT have been pardoned. All his co-conspirators got long jail sentences yet Nixon got away with it. trump’s crimes are probably worse.

I’d be surprised if he is actually jailed because he has far too many supporters. The more he is accused, the more his supporters will support him because as far as they’re concerned it just proves his point. Tricky.
