Sorry, you’re right re when the announcement was made. You’re not right regarding the approach taken by the Home Office civil servants, but I’d wholeheartedly agree that the approach taken by ministers has caused confusion and chaos. Why you’re unable to take the facts onboard I don’t know, you seem to have a personal grudge against civil servants for some reason.
