You are not seeing, or choosing not to see this, Glorianny.
I know not why.
For some reason, you choose to lump all posters together, as saying things that most are not.

Well pigeons, cat and among , but with reference to the particular examples she instances I am team JK.
Scotland is digging a massive hole for itself with regard to so-called “hate crime” and if it wasn’t that 1984 was 40 years ago I’d say it had arrived.

No one has ever said that all trans women wear pink leggings Glorianny, apart from you when you said it had been, and no one that I can see is suggesting that there aren't positive images of trans women. I don't need to be shown positive images because I know two trans women.
It cannot be denied though that this particular trans woman with convictions for sexual offences against women, ensuring his male genitalia is visible is in no way a positive image. The colour of the leggings is incidental.
Oh dear, you sound as if you're losing non-existent arguments, Glorianny 😁

Of course they were. They will deny it now of course. People with bias always do when confronted. They won't look at why their thoughts when transwomen are being discussed immediately go to sex offenders. But it is obvious.
So here's a link to 49 trans celebrities who could have featured if anyone had wanted a positive image.

Some you might know like Laverne Cox
There are transmen and transwomen.
No one is wearing pink leggings.
I will repeat, dont care if transwomen are lovely or not. In the same way dont care if men are lovely or not, no to men in womens spaces.
Again - who has said that? No one. The point being made is this male sex offender deliberately made sure his lady dick was clearly visible

A trans woman wearing leggings that increases the visibility of their male genitalia is relevant to the discussion as to whether or not it's easy to identify them as trans Glorianny.
A photograph that supported the claim that some do being of a sex offender, could have been used because that was the only photograph to be found.
No it isn't. One example of something gives no idea of the general appearance.
The sex offender excuse (it's the only one) is pathetic.
There are loads of photos of transwomen actors and celebrities. Of course they don't wear pink leggings and you can't identify them as trans.
One person in pink leggings does not show you can always identify transwomen.

So if I posted a photograph of say Katie Price with her enhanced boobs on display and claimed she was representative of all women would you be happy with that?

This is the picture - of convicted double rapist Isla Bryson who “found her true authentic female self” shortly before she was due to be sentenced.
My comment about the genitals and pink leggings (not mentioning the pink handbag and false nails) was far from being unconscious prejudice It was entirely conscious reflecting my contempt for a sex offender who blatantly exploited a flawed system, metaphorically sticking two fingers up at it.But we were not discussing sex offenders were we? We were discussing if it is easy to identify a transwoman. The fact that you immediately thought of a sex offender shows your bias.
If the system is flawed blame the system and not transpeople.

No, it doesn't.
It shows that people like that are the ones who hit the headlines because they are criminals, or encroaching on women's sports, invading women-only spaces and are playing the transgender card to get their own way.
It doesn't show bias against transgender people who are living ordinary lives in the community because they are not the aggressive misogynists we see in the news.
It is this group which give all transgender people a bad name.

MY concern is that this bill is the same legislation passed in England without a peep from the wailing masses. It merely makes us the same as England and most of Europe...when are you starting a campaign of hate against Westminster and most european countries...please feel free to check it out...I have had one person recently accuse me of not knowing the truth!!

Could you specify what the same legislation means exactly please?
Do you mean word for word exactly the same, or basically similar but going much further in specifics, yet still excluding misogyny as a hate crime?
If the system is flawed blame the system and not transpeople.
Blame both I say, if there is a problem with the system[which there is] and with a minority of transpeople[which there is].
Often things are not either or.
.....maybe it was 'auto-correct' what done it?
why didn't I think of that!

paddyann it's not the same legislation at all.

We have got one too. When discussing the issue of female spaces Layla Moran, bless her, said she preferred to look into someones soul (or some such nonsense) rather than worry about their sex. I am astounded she isnt leader of the western world with those skills.
Well you see it's like this, according to Hunza Yousef who it seems is a self proclaimed arbiter of what qualifies the genuine transwoman, , Isla Bryson isn't a real transwoman but someone trying to play the system, who'd have thought it!
Aren't the Scots lucky to have a person with such outstanding perception and foresight as their First Minister

Pink leggings! Honestly!!?
Why can't you be straightforward and honest Glorianny? I didn't make that post but I'm sure it is a reference to Isla Blair the transwoman, initially sent to a female prison, who appeared outside court dressed in tight pink leggings that clearly revealed a penis and testicles. I'm sure even you could correctly sex that body?I agree entirely with your sentiments, but get your Islas right!
We don’t want a libel case originating on GN!Ooops that was a dreadful mistake, yes of course `I meant Isla Bryson, apologies to Isla Blair.

My concern is, as it seems is yours, the defective system which initially allowed Bryson to be remanded in a woman's prison to await sentence having been convicted of the rape of two women, whilst the SNP government was pushing ahead with its gender self-ID bill
Exactly Dickens - I wonder if the SNP is trying (too hard) to create some sort of spurious reputation for itself perhaps to deflect from what looks like pretty inadequate government while shortchanging their electorate.

To be fair, I don't think this individual is - appearance-wise - a typical representation of transwomen, in fact I don't believe there is a typical transwoman as far as style and dress is concerned. The transwoman I am acquainted with is as different from Bryson as chalk is from cheese and dresses in a style that could loosely be described as "unisex", and would certainly not stand out in a crowd. Obviously transwomen's ideas of being a woman vary as much as women themselves.

Lots of other men posting 'lovely' pictures of themselves on Twitter. Most of them laughably awful.
