I usually hide them on the mobile site but there’s more than ever today. It’s like swatting flies. Just when you think you’ve got one another six arrive. 😡😡

When I had issues with my mother’s care home years ago, AgeUK was my first port of call. They directed me to Gransnet!! 😂

Seriously though, as I suggested upthread, Environmental Health will investigate anything that can become a public health issue. Contact them with as much evidence as you can gather.
