First time in my life I will have to vote tactically. Anyone else ??

No - clear choice between Labour and conservative. My sister lives in Lytham St Anne’s, always conservative but their MP is the one who phoned his constituency secretary at 3am asking her to give him £5000 so he could escape being held by bad men ( yes, drugs/alcohol/sex involved and not for the first time. The LibDems May stand a chance but the dilemma is whether to vote Labour - which is what she wants to do

No scope for tactical voting in my constituency. Greens and LibDems only ever get minimal support. I haven't seen any polling for us, so I've no idea if there's a prospect of Reform splitting the tory vote, but I'm voting Labour to endure that this red wall seat reverts to Labour.

Everyone I’ve spoken to recently have said much the same thing, hazel. Isn’t it a shame?

I’m voting for the party that I want to win. If they don’t then so be it.
I can’t see that voting for a party that I don’t want to let another party that I don’t want take power is going to make me happy.

Me too hazel93 I’m in a usually safe, Tory seat and
I’m not confidant in the LINO (Labour in Name Only) party. I will however vote Labour to get rid of the sitting Tory MP who had 14,000 majority over Labour last time.

I’d thought I might have to, as I thought the LibDems had the best chance of unseating the Tories, but it begins to look as if Labour could win. Not that I’m a great fan of the current Labour leadership, but they would be a considerable improvement on the current shower.

We have a whole string of them including including a communist, workers party, etc. No prizes for guessing how I voted.

We’ve got to turn round a 20,000 Tory majority but I was out with our Labour candidate yesterday and they reckon it’s on a knife edge. Every vote will count.

Yes. Labour looks the best bet. I’m just hoping the LibDems in my area vote Labour. In the past we’ve always worked closely together and they don’t stand a chance here. Our Labour candidate is amazing, a real future high flyer.

Have done so in the past. LibDems because Suffolk Coastal was a strong Tory seat. I don't think that Therese Coffey is a good MP but she had a large majority. The tactical vote sites suggest the Labour Candidate, which is who my proxy is for.

I'm tactical voting. It's a strong conservative seat & only the Lib dems have put up a candidate who looks to have any chance at all of beating them. I will be delighted if they win the seat but I can see why you feel sad.

I don't think we can stop the nasty party here as the other 2 candidates have split the vote which will let him in.

Also look at the Compass website.. In my area we are voting Green rather than Labour.. but it was Caroline Lucas's seat so who knows..
