Good for her for enjoying herself on her holiday. Why on earth shouldn’t she? As others upthread say, she hasn’t done anything wrong (or is having a dance on your holiday at a nightclub illegal now 😂😂).

Can't win can she??? If a journalist spotted her sunbathing (she would be risking skin cancer) or sightseeing (she could be at risk of getting lost) or simply having a drink in a bar (she might get her drink spiked), they would make a sensational story out of it. FFS leave people alone!

Angela Rayner holds the second or third ? highest political position in the UK. Maybe she will fill the John Prescott role in government in time. Some might think AR doesn’t have the gravitas needed for her role and twerking in Ibiza is not a good look. I think AR serves as a bit of a distraction to take the heat off Starmer and Reeves. Why is the press on her case about this? Can't she do as she likes on holiday? Come to think of it, can't she wear what she likes too? As long as what she does on holiday and what she wears are legal is it anyone's business.

Oh c’mon, because Angela is a good looking young woman she has to merely be a distraction. Have you ever heard her go for the jugular in the HoC, she knows her stuff and has got where she is on merit, indeed would say that she would have had to fight harder than all the male Oxbridge types to get where she is.

Actually is a recess until government go back to work next week. However, Starmer and the cabinet etc., haven’t had the usual long summer holiday, Starmer in fact hasn’t had a holiday at all but others have been allowed a week or so off. Seems fair to me.

Well let’s just say Ibiza is not an aspirational destination for a member of the ruling elite?
