Will Kier Starmer time as the head of the CPS, ( 2008 to 2013) involve him being questioned with regard to the Al Fayed scandal apparently it was during this time they, the CPS, decided there wasn't enough evidence for a prosecution. We shall wait and see🤐

They're certainly being used in the anti Starmer campaign. I looked at the 'trending' tweets on #superinjunction on X and within minutes I found three identical tweets, supposedly by different accounts...

They are pernicious.

Is the information available on Keir Starmer, if true, about his private life? According to the BlackBeltBarrister private life information is not in the public interest unless it can be found to be detrimental to doing the job.

Also according to the Black Belt Barrister no one is allowed to report on a super injunction itself. You can’t tell anyone that it exists.
Well that clearly has not worked. We all know there’s a super injunction!

Or there isn’t a super injunction?

If nothing is in the public domain about his private life, anyone can say anything at all about it without fear of contradiction.

There is always the fear of a libel/slander charge, of course, not that that seems to stop anyone spinning lurid stories about any celebrity.
