I've. Just heard Nigel's speech don't understand why so many negative comments about him Maybe I don't understand things but to me he was
giving a powerful speech and I'd rather reform was in power than labour ..He seems like he would find out what the ordinary people want and follow it up But he didn't say rea.lly I don't think any specific changes he would introduce

They are holding a conference in Chester right now hosted by Reform Chairman, Zia Yusef.

He’s just said the bookies are putting Farage a PM at the next GE.

The percentage of people who say they will vote Reform has gone up from 14% to 24%.

REFORM UK MEMBERS now stands at 180,033!

They are a very new party that have achieved so much in such a short space of time. There are bound to be fall outs and teething problems. Give them time .... I agree Go Reform!!

No it’s time we stop labelling people who would just like a change of direction and values in this country without being shouted down, cancelled or being labelled as racist. It’s insulting.

No one on here is labelling you a racist FGT.

But if a political party quacks like a duck, and waddles like a duck, then it is a safe bet that it is a duck.

Surely those who enthusiastically support them must be ducks too.

Not necessarily, because just like Brexit, support came from people who had a particular point to score, but completely failed to look at the bigger picture, thus allowing unintended consequences.

And this is a perfect illustration of how dangerous Farage is, he stands on a stage, all 'blokey' and people are convinced thar only he has the answer. So, takethat7, just what was appealing? Which specific policy did you like?

Reform are doing fantastically well, their membership is increasing by the minute! Check out their Conferences this weekend. You cannot believe the mainstream media as they are too far left. Well done Nigel, standing for free speech, democracy and the British people and our values. He doesn't care what your skin colour is, or what orientation you are. Only Reform can bring back common sense and decency to our declining country. Reform all the way!

All in the name of Sovereignty. Selling out NHS and most of our utilities too, is Farage's grand plan.

It tells me the party has a growing number of enthusiasts for the model the party is promoting. It happens when the plans accord with what the enthusiast wants. There’s recent evidence that party membership does not in any way indicate that a party will succeed at an election. Witness the surge in Labour Party membership under Jeremy Corbyn. Controversial leaders and plans attract enthusiasts, not necessarily votes.

Boris did terribly well with a huge majority and an electorate mandate to see Brexit through. Then the Tory party spent so much time arguing amongst themselves their party fell apart. There’s a lesson there for Reform.

You could be right Casdon. Time will tell.
Reform secured millions of votes though in the GE last summer but secured only 5 seats. However they were the 2nd highest number of votes in many constituencies.

By the time of the next election Reform will be a proper political party (will be in the next few months Zia Yusuf told us today, watch this space) so I truly believe Reform will be a force to be reckoned with.

Please could you outline the manifesto. What are their plans for the NHS, for instance.

It's like Make America Great Again, Jeanathome. America has never not been great, so it's meaningless. I would like this country to be saved from Farage and his like, but am not optimistic yet.

I have a very trivial mind. I keep thinking of parallels to Thunderbirds. I saw a Farage/Parker lookalike joke ages ago. Elon Musk is Jeff Tracy, and the enemy is the Hood, a fictional criminal and terrorist.

At this stage I don’t blame them for being manifesto-lite Claremont. Nearer a GE yes, but now? No chance. Why have your ideas pinched by Labour? Or the Tories?

Actually when you think about it Labour didn’t put much meat on their manifesto bones. They can’t be called out now for going against them. They just surprised us. Or shocked us more like!

To be honest Whitewavemark2 I don’t think any of the current cohort of politicians of any colour have the stomach to do what is needed.

My humble opinion is that you have to speculate to accumulate, the government should have been ready to go on their election, after all their back room politicos have had 14 years to prepare.

Her change to NI will stifle a lot of businesses, they should be encouraging businesses of all size.

When businesses bloom and grow they employ more staff, more taxes for the treasury, more money circulating in the economy, more investment in businesses.

They should be employing more council staff, police, fire personnel etc. again more revenue for the treasury.

All RR is interested in is cuts and taxes.

I've noticed frequently that whenever the phrase common sense and decency is used its now a "Reform (or those close) "new" meme.

It's pretty meaningless - don't all of us believe in common sense and decency? But watch out as to its use.

I think they like this sort of " no nonsense" rhetoric. None of that lefty, woke, snowflake stuff for them.

Sleeves rolled up, some good old fashioned plain talking.

Trouble is what they talk about is scapegoating and nasty.

FRiedGreenTom, we do know what Farage intends to do with the NHS- sell to private US companies, no?

How can droves of, let anyone at all- join a Party without knowing what it stands for and intends to do - and with a Trumpian slogan like 'save Great Britain'.
