How many constituency surgeries has he actually held in Clacton to date?

I thought Reform was a possibility until Ben Habib was thrown out. Habib has some potential and real value. Farage continues to remind me of a barrow boy. He’s certainly making himself richer on a daily basis it would seem. Farage is facilitating the continuation of Labour in power. Probably suits some?

I believe Reform will just fade away. I'd be happy to have another political party that could take on the Labour/Conservatives but I doubt it's going to be Reform.

TBH I think this split is being driven by Musk. He will tolerate no one openly disagreeing with him, and he is following a very far right agenda.

Yet another reason, as if I needed one, not to vote for Reform if their local candidates are swayed by the ramblings of an unelected 'foreigner'. Farage as usual distancing himself, absolving himself from any responsibility and throwing people under the bus. Also highlighting the lack of democracy in what is a limited company where the 'members' are only wanted for their financial donations and are not given any say.

Reform is having a conference this weekend. I've posted this else thread but it seems relevant here.

I ask again, how can these 180,00+ people be members of a limited company? Do they have a vote, are able to influence policy?

For clarity, I support Farage and Tice in their stand over Yaxley-Lennon. I also think that Zia Yusuf is a deluded man preaching to the converted.

I see in the media Farage wants to change Abortion laws in the UK .That won’t win votes even in NI where it has taken years to get abortion rights in place .The man is Trump copycat and does any sensible person want that here.Westminster has more than its share of eegits as it is

Their rhetoric does indeed show that they are racist - you only need to read what is posted on Twitter and other SM sites.

I don’t think that it is remotely inflammatory to suggest that the reform party is racist, particularly the neo-Nazi group of the party, who openly support the forced repatriation of Muslims and Jews regardless of citizenship. That is exactly how the German fascists behaved in the 1930s.

It is disgusting and very worrying, and I fervently wish that prople wake up very soon.

I could paste and copy so many examples of the disgusting rhetoric, but because of the dreadful content, it would be quite rightly taken down.

One of the reasons the councillors resigned is because of the lack of democracy in the party. The new constitution gives almost today power to the party leader. The other four MPs cannot get rid of Farage. MPs cannot get rid of the leader until there are at leest 100 of them so that cannot happen in this Parliament.

The only way the members can get rid is if 50% of them all write within a six week period to express no confidence. So the more people crowdfund Reform under the pretence of this being a democratic party, the more have to get their act together to make a concerted effort to get rid of him.

Zia Yusuf is knows how to manipulate throught patriot speech but has a drawbridge mentality. His parents came here to escape civil war in their home county but he doesn't want to afford sanctuary to other people. Yusuf has made his fortune pandering to the world's wealthiest people and then flogged the company to a bank that supports war on Muslim people. He's an elitist and what is that if not fascism? Any ordinary person thinking he has their interests at heart is deluded.

Reform held their rally in North West Essex last weekend because it's Badenoch's seat and Farage wanted to have a tedious rant about the ticker, conveniently forgetting that their own candidate for the seat in July was a BNP supporter. The candidate next door in Chelmsford wrote that neurodiverse people are vegetables. Fascists indeed.

Although the comment made by jeanathome was rather blunt, it has to be said that anyone who is not concerned by the actions of Reform/UKIP is just not listening. There is not an inflammatory bandwagon that they won't jump on to feed their believers' prejudices.

I have asked over and over again about the policies of Reform. I have done my own research and I can't find anything really. Perhaps I am missing something.

Race and specifically colour seem to be their main thrust.

Before any body attacks me, no I do not favour unrestricted migration, or attacks by fanatics.

I've. Just heard Nigel's speech don't understand why so many negative comments about him Maybe I don't understand things but to me he was
giving a powerful speech and I'd rather reform was in power than labour ..He seems like he would find out what the ordinary people want and follow it up But he didn't say rea.lly I don't think any specific changes he would introduce
