Trump lost 3 court cases today in less than 90 minutes. all deemed unconstitutional. I wonder if he has ever considered just, you know, following the law to make changes? 🤣

First, Trump’s executive orders targeting so-called “sanctuary cities” were deemed unconstitutional attempts to “coerce” local officials into enforcing the president’s immigration policies.

Next, the president’s attempts to withhold federal funding from schools that engage with diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives were labeled “textbook viewpoint discrimination” that likely violate the First Amendment.

And another judge blocked parts of the president’s sweeping executive order targeting election administration and voting rights, including a requirement that voter registration forms ask for proof of citizenship.

There are many court cases in progress and I find the Democracy Docket worth following particularly as I have a little knowledge re English law, I have none when it comes to American law! He doesn't give 2 sh!ts about women or children. He is literally trying to do everything he can to hurt them, while at the same time can't figure out how to increase the birth rate.

Reading Democracy Docket really shows the bias of the MSM imaround.

Surely they should at least be reporting the number of cases in progress and any updates re legal moves and judicial outcomes. Obviously and understandably, fear of Trump holds them back, but thankfully there are some stiĺl fighting for democracy.

I am very pleased to see the judiciary pushing back imaround . Hopefully, this will encourage others to stand against this encroaching tyranny.
I take a certain ( perhaps unkind) delight in how infuriated Mr Trump must be, and how challenged his sycophants might be in explaining how " the greatest President ever" is not being recognised as such by everyone.

As far as I can see, the Trump administration is the largest group example of the Dunning-Kruger effect. They think they know so much, yet prove they know very little.

ICE has been filmed breaking car windows and ramming in doors on people's houses. They do not have warrants. This is in direct violation of the 4th Amendment.
