R.I.P. Virginia..this is a tragedy for her family and friends and people she has supported over the years who never received justice over assault claims…
Hand your head in shame ANDREW

Anniebach

Many named but one was summoned , he was British

Your post was a bit cryptic for me Annibachgrin, do you think he was targeted because of his nationality, and/or his status, whilst other offenders were bypassed?

Namsnanny Mon 28-Apr-25 10:39:50

Thankyou Iam64 smile

We are subject to so much information from so many sources.
I'm glad you have the wisdom to stay grounded.

Namsnanny — I usually dismiss conspiracy theories on the basis many things are mismanagement rather than conspiracies
However, I agree with your post and that if very 23

The conspiracy ive first hand knowledge of was the way the state prevented a police team prosecuting Cyril Smith, liberal mp.

Well said Namsnanny - nothing much to see here

As Mollygo pointed out she had said she wasn't suicidal.
It is and always has been an easy to discredit some one by using the deterioration of their mental health as the reason for their death.
I don't suppose we will ever know for sure.

I understand Ghisliane Maxwell has asked for her case to be re examined, on the understanding that she was 'working', for the gov. (CIA?) when with JE.

These thing's are always much murkier than at first glance.

People still don't accept the extent of people (sex) trafficking, or that many of our institutions (the UN for example) have been accused of participating in it.

ferry23 totally agree with your last paragraph.

It is obvious to me that as a society, we are encouraged to focus on a few perpetrators, be satisfied with a couple of arrests, then it's move on nothing to see here.

Whilst yet another institution is busy creating it's own abuse victims.

Ignore me if I sound fatalistic, it's all too depressing.

I hope her children are safe, and the cycle of abuse she suffered has ended with her.

The whole sorry and sordid story demonstrates an abuse of power from start to finish - and that's based on what we actually know - goodness knows how much is hidden that we don't know.

And the sad and totally unjust truth is that many of those involved are still wielding considerable power to this day.

Anniebach Sun 27-Apr-25 16:22:52

I think Andrew lost more than money

Norah Sun 27-Apr-25 16:20:08

Very sad tragedy for Virginia and her family.

Barbadosbelle P.Andrew has never been found guilty of anything, albeit he obviously isn't a particularly nice man.

Agree.

Of the 3, Ghislaine Maxwell was imprisoned, Jeffrey Epstein killed himself, and PA got off by merely signing and paying.

When I read the recent story that Virginia Giuffre had been involved in a car accident and she posted from hospital that the doctors said she would die in four days time, I immediately thought she sounded like a woman on the edge. That she needed someone to take care of her and allow her to rest and perhaps find some peace. I’m sorry it wasn’t to be that way for her. sad

Iam64 Sat 26-Apr-25 21:20:34

Good point Galaxy. Most of us don’t want to be defined by the difficulties we somehow survive. Women coercively controlled or abused in dreadful ways are adept at appearing ok until they’re overwhelmed or someone helps them to stop minimising or denying

Galaxy Sat 26-Apr-25 19:54:09

I know a woman in her thirties who hadn't realised she was sexually assaulted until years later, after listening to other women's experiences, she was a grown woman not a child. People's minds do all sorts of things to protect them.

Sexually abused and exploited children and women (and boys and men) learn what’s expected. I have no difficulty believing VG appearing ok with the men she was trafficked to, or with Epstein / at the time
As she moved away from that way of life, participated in various investigations the reality would hit her and probably increase

Exactly. My friend's daughter was groomed by an older man from the age of 13, and genuinely believed she was in a relationship with him. He brainwashed her into thinking he knew what was best for her and that her parents were just trying to control her and ruin her life. She's suffered with her mental health ever since, but a couple of years ago, found the strength to report him to the police and he was finally taken to court last year. People have no idea how cunning and manipulative these men can be.

Anniebach Sat 26-Apr-25 19:36:27

Mollygo yes, a deeply troubled woman

Mollygo Sat 26-Apr-25 19:30:22

Her life, apart from when she talks about her children, sounds dreadful.

There have been so many accounts, abuse by family, living on the streets, grooming, sexual abuse, car accident, abuse by husband, renal failure.
She said at one time that she wasn’t suicidal and that if anything happened to her it should be investigated. So I hope it will be.

Suicide or not , I’m glad she’s at peace now.

RIP Virginia Giuffre.💐

It is quite an accusation to make really.

Anniebach

Reading posts they seem spoken to me

The very fact that you are reading it would make it libel. Libel occurs in written form, while slander occurs in oral form. However, as has been said, I haven't seen anything on here which would constitute defamation of either form.

I may have missed a post by B65 but I can't see anything remotely near slander.

No, me neither. And in any case, slander is spoken, not written. That would be libel.

Heartfelt sympathy and condolences to Virginia and her family that ultimately she viewed death as the only peace and salvation from the agony she suffered at the hands of all the evil beings she had to endure in her life.
RIP brave Virginia flowers

Thank goodness. Someone who writes sense.

You should take care with what you write or you could find yourself on the wrong side of the law.
P.Andrew has never been found guilty of anything, albeit he obviously isn't a particularly nice man.
Slander can prove very expensive!
