^Would you expect the Secretary of State for Health to know everything about running a hospital, a care home, could he do an operation to remove a gall bladder or remove cataracts? Would you be happy if he turned up in your GP surgery to do a few hours of work?^
I would expect the Secretary of State for Anything to have immediate access to information concerning a particular enterprise he/she was involved in, particularly if it was personal, to check no misinformation was applied. Far easier for a S of S to gain top quality information than someone relying on the internet, the press or unknown professionals^
Doing a few hours work in a GP's surgery is not comparable at all; training and qualifications are needed and we all know AR has virtually none.
She has made some bad judgements in her life, one of which, I believe, is responsible for the mess she is in now. Bearing in mind the threat of libel/slander I shall not elaborate.
As for Non-Disclosure Agreements, there are ongoing concerns about the lack of transparency in procedures in family courts.
eazybee I agree. We all know how these things work. You go to somebody more knowledgeable than yourself(in this case KS) and they say “this is not my area of expertise but speak to XYZ who is and I highly recommend him.”
As I keep saying she is Deputy PM and Housing Secretary so she’s right at the top and if she can’t source the highest level of expert help then what chance do the rest of us have?
I said on here yesterday that when we did our Trust we went to a solicitor to do that plus our Wills. When we explained about the Trust she said she was not expert in that field so recommended someone in another practice who was an expert and who she had worked with in the past. I thought that was very honest of her and she charged us nothing.
