Due to her friendship with Epstein.
The domino effect begins.

I agree with you valdavi. Ihave a soft spot for her because long before it was fashionable she became patron of the MND association. My young husband had it and she brought publicity to the condition which was otherwise totally ignored for the next twenty years. I believe she is a warm lovable persons who makes errors living in a goldfish bowl. But she’s brave resourceful, hard working a good mother and sometimes silly and careless over money and stuff. And she’s not well and putting very brave face on it. She doesn’t deserve more punishment she has already had so much. Do you remember after giving birth she was ‘duchess of Porkie’ . So princesses now have to be stick insects.

A warm loving person ? she was recorded selling introduction to Andrew £500,000
She lay in the sun having her toes kissed/sucked by a lover whilst her small children watched

Anniebach Wed 24-Sept-25 11:36:20

Princess of Wales being criticised as a stick insect is acceptable but not Sarah as Duchess of pork

Skye17 you say you’d be surprised if JE was guilty of any of the 2005 charges as he was not brought to court for them.
I’ll just leave one name here, that represents so many sex offenders who don’t face a criminal trial
Jimmy Saville

No, I said I’d be surprised if he didn’t commit them.

I doubt there would be 40 separate allegations of sexual abuse with no substance behind them.

HowVeryDareYou2 Wed 24-Sept-25 19:14:23

What odious creatures she and Andrew are. I think there will soon be more people being named in the Epstein scandal

Anniebach Wed 24-Sept-25 19:51:03

What will she do to try to recover from this, another autobiography, interviews with newspaper and tv, she does much tv interviews in America. And she needs to make money. Unless more is to come out, poor King Charles

Anniebach, we often disagree but I’ve always felt more unites than divides us. I share your concern for the King.

Missiseff

Never liked her, never thought she was 'a breath of fresh air'. Don't understand why she's still hanging around the RF tbh

How was she going to maintain the lifestyle she’d become used to 🤷‍♀️ I have some ideas 😂

Same with me Iam , I truly am concerned for The King, cancer, concern for Catherine with cancer, distance with Harry, Andrew with Epstein and now Sarah who has more comebacks than any other in the family and is addicted to tv interviews.

I quite liked her, she seemed to be a 'jolly hockey sticks' kind of girl and I thought she'd be good for Andrew.

Instead, they seem to have brought out the worst in each other.

Iam64 Wed 24-Sept-25 21:16:01

Maybe the worst was their initial attraction Allira. If the latest book is accurate, it seems both were sexually involved with others very soon after they married

Tacky. Init.

merlotgran Wed 24-Sept-25 21:44:12

The ink was barely dry on the marriage certificate. 😮
They appeared to be an ideal match but obviously not for what I thought were the right reasons.

Oh, goodness!

No, I thought it was after they had split up.

I think any charity that has her on their books should drop her like a hot brick. I am surprised that any charity still does have her as a patron .

She is an intelligent woman, who should be capable of learning from her mistakes and yet she never has. She has spent money as if it was going out of fashion and this made her dependent on unpleasant people like Epstein, who gave her large sums of money 'loans', to keep her out of bankruptcy. People like that do not give money without strings.

One of the late Queen's Private Secretaries described her as 'vulgar, vulgar. vulgar. he was right.

Is it absolutely awful of me to wonder, if all the stories of infidelity are true, about the parentage of their daughters?
They do both seem to adore their children though.

Allira Thu 25-Sept-25 10:39:42

Apparently not until after she was pregnant with their second child, UTTB, although I don't know about Andrew.

Beatrice looks like Queen Victoria and Eugenie looks like Andrew.

It has often struck me over the years how, some not all, the royals and their circle behave in way that has a great deal in common with the lowest strata of society.

Far from setting an example to us plebs and having had a privileged upbringing, they seem to think that normal rules of honesty and morals don't apply to them.

ferry23 Thu 25-Sept-25 10:57:39

In every generation of Royals, the patronage of one or more children has always been questioned. Not sure why. To distort the royal line - to whip up a scandal, to make oneself the centre of attention? Who knows? Andrew was allegedly the son of Lord Porchester, Harry of James Hewitt.

These days DNA would be used and any illegitimate child would be tactically sidelined and then given a "useful" purpose in a far flung part of the Commonwealth as an adult.

If you study European Monarchy you'll find there's love children all over the place! Both acknowledged and alleged.

Maremia Thu 25-Sept-25 11:01:07

Wonder if that could be a reason he was her favourite?

Maremia Thu 25-Sept-25 11:02:19

Give King Charles his due. He declined DNA testing for Harry. That was a true Dad.

Anniebach Thu 25-Sept-25 11:13:12

I doubt The King would discuss DNA testing, why would it be offered ?

Perhaps one of the most famous of these was Henry Fitzroy Duke of Richmond and Somerset and illegitimate son of Henry VIII. Of course there are many many more scattered around the world.

Allira Thu 25-Sept-25 11:21:06

The famous Monmouth Rebellion in 1685, not in Monmouth itself, but led by the Duke of Monmouth, illegitimate son of Charles II.
It did not end well.

ferry23 Thu 25-Sept-25 12:16:20

It's interesting to see the tangled webs woven by the upper echelons of society.

One of the more interesting is the allegation that the Duke of Kent (not the current Duke, his Father) fathered 2 illegitimate children, the 2nd being Raine McCorquodale. her Mother being Barbara Cartland who at the time of Raine's birth, was still married to Alexander McCorquodale.

Raine of course went on to marry Johnny Spencer (Diana's Father) Diana's sister Sarah married Neil McCorquodale who was a second cousin to Raine.

Sorry, I've taken the thread off topic, I'll be quiet now.
