Well, if you look at the crimes in my references, most were worst than the one where we had to "smell the coffee", but were only locally or local BBC reported, not in the nationals, including the DM, so point made, surely?

I think you're the one that's missing the point Wyllow3. Obviously crimes are committed by members of the public who are born and bred here - always have, always will be.

BUT - and this IS the point

Why do we continue to provide shelter to asylum seekers and illegal immigrants who break our laws once they're here? Utter madness. We should insist that shelter here is provided ON CONDITION they behave themselves and abide by OUR LAWS and OUR CUSTOMS. In other words, one strike and you're out.

Crimes happen and are committed by every demographic

Each one is relevant and tragic

I don't think that deporting immigrants would change very much there. Crime did not arrive on a boat.

How will you look at knife crime if you won't acknowledge the issue, black males feature at a very high rate in knife crime figures, as perpetrators and victims. My guess is the link will be fatherlessness and gangs. Unless we are able to talk about this, then we can't look at the problem.

....and what would you do if someone was executed who was found later to be inncocent of the crime they were convicted off.

Do not say it is rare, or wouldn't hppen now. There have been a succession of cases where people have been convicted of murder aand other very serious crimes, and survived to be released when it is proven they are innocent.

You cannot have a death penalty that applies only to illegal immigrants and assylum seekers who kill people.

Is the crome rate among this group any higher than in the population at large or is it just that every case involving illegal immigrants and assylum seekers hits the headlines.

What about stabbers who are born in the UK? There are plenty of them!

I’m referring to immigrants, of course we have plenty of UK citizens committing crime.

Interestingly there are no available statistics so we cannot find out if these crimes are disproportionate although I think I am pretty sure they are.

I don't know the details of this latest case but I think of the woman in Walsall who was killed by an 'asylum seeker' who watched and followed her from the hotel where she worked and he was accommodated then murdered her brutally with a screwdriver, for no reason at all.

Tell that to her mother and her five year old son.

I find it difficult to understand the mindset of migrant men, allegedly fleeing violence and who knows what else, that then go on to commit violence on arriving in U.K.

On another note I have just reading "A Short history of England" Guess what? Unless you're a Celt you're probably an immigrant. Roman. Anglo Saxon. Viking. French. Depends how far you want to go back. Added to that, in the past 200 years, Britain invaded and colonised vast tracts of the globe. J7st turned up. Without the right papers or ID. We are pretty blinkered when it comes to judging by our own standards.

Wyllow3 you could insert black knife crime, child knife crime, women knife crime in any search engine and get details.

What you cannot do is search migrant knife crime or violence and get an answer, why, because successive governments have not deemed it necessary to record them…

Two women of Indian origin have been raped in the West Midlands in the last month, both incidents are described as racially aggravated. Perhaps we should wake up and smell the coffee about hate and division caused by constant rhetoric relating to immigration.

I read today that military sites are being repurposed, not before time is it? Instead of all the hotel bills with asylum seekers wandering around town centres.

Of course it is, and on the news all the time too.It may not be a hot topic in leafy parts of the Shires but it sure is in most places once you get talking to people.
