It's detailing congressional revolt where Republicans and Democrats stand together against Trump. Trump will be in trouble in the mid terms - if there is still any support left by then.

It's about Trump, for example, trying to pressure Military leaders to stand with him for his wrecking tactics - and they have reacted by demanding his resignation and accountability. he describes it as equivalent to Watergate.

We are about to see something, at least, because millions of people just lost health insurance. And the government is only funded for a short while. The last thing the Republicans needs is another shutdown over health care subsidies.

The House GOP has rumors of revolt. They may oust Johnson as speaker next week.

Trump has also just made Boebart mad because he vetoed a bipartisan bill for her (my) state. Then ordered a coal plant that was due to shut down to remain open. It will cost residents in that area millions more to keep it open, and it pollutes the air near one of the most beautiful National Parks in the country.

Boebart is at risk right now and her District swang left the last election. She may join MTG on the outs.

I just realized that Mace has been quiet, which is unusual for her. I am shocked she hasn't manufactured some kind of crisis to keep herself on the headline.

GOP has a slim margin in the House and those 3 women revolting can definitely tip the balance. All the GOP needs is a bit more pressure at home, which is coming because they all just lost health insurance and SNAP benefits, for them to take control of the House from Trump loyalists.

Tldr: the rubber is about to meet the road and a whole lot of GOP members are going to be unemployed come November.

As an aside Obama isn't guilt free in regard to military ops.

He refused to step in and prevent Putin from invading Ukraine in 2014.

This was right in the middle of Obama's term and Ukraine is still paying with the unnecessary loss of
tens of thousands of civilians and military personnel.

I watched and it has bothered me all night. I don’t know where you are getting these videos from, Wyllow, but this is a very obvious AI fake.

Two reasons.
Firstly, If what it says were true it would be all over social media and news outlets. It isn’t.

Secondly, I’m not a lip reader, but even so, I can see when a person’s mouth ‘shapes correspond to the words they are .
saying. The man’s mouth is so out of touch with the words he is purportedly saying that I couldn’t barely look at it, it was so disconcerting. But when I did look it wasn’t forming any words at all.

I suspect that the Obama video is an AI fake, too.

I think that what we all need to do - as none of us are immune from falling foul of believing AI, - is to check as many other sources as we can.

This can only get worse as time goes on.

This was exposed as fake two months ago by Snopes - a fact finding site similar to Full Fact.

Snopes linked to the genuine video from which the deepfake was created. It was from April 2020 of Obama in discussion with members of a youth and communities group part of the Obama Foundation.
