So, this morning, as is my usual routine, I checked out my online news feed, the first three headlines:-

Rueters

“Pentagon considers suspending Spain from NATO and to review UK’s claims to the Falklands”

The Guardian

“Trump threatens big tariff on UK tech tax

The Telegragh

USA blocks Met Police investigating Mandelson.

My point is I really feel disgruntled, 1) USA dominating my news feed again! 2) Someone please reel Trump and his buddies in, for the sake of the rest of humanity and the world!

AIBU?

The media made Trump and the media then idolised him, the UK media continue to believe people want to know this stuff.

The answer is simple- switch off!

If Trump is removed we get JD Vance who has not got the mental problems of Trump but is a very frightening prospect as the most powerful person in the world. Is it fair to characterise him a a conspiracy theorist and a right wing extremist?

Yes, Trump goes too far in everything he does. He is a criminal slug. He is so desperate to not have anyone find out his involvement with Epstein that he thinks if Mendelson speaks out, Trump will be implicated. There is no way that any of them will implicate each other. The crime is so deep and involves so many different officials, including government, they are all afraid of getting caught. It bothers me that King Charles even considers doing a meeting with Trump knowing that his own brother is involved. Best to stay far away from the trash. What does Charles have to gain by meeting with him. Purely disgusting.

It is not because it is Trump himself whom Charles is going to meet, it is the POTUS who, unfortunately, happens to be Trump at the time of these Independence celebrations iyswim.

I'm sure Charles is too disciplined and experienced to fall into any traps set by Trump.
