No but I think it every time an incident occurs and it is stressed 'British national' it really is counter productive.

They started doing that because when a crime was committed people were baying for the blood of anybody who was not patently a white person. We don’t know that the other five people arrested and released weren’t just Joe Bloggs and Jason Smiths yet, it’s all assumption.

Cossy. Agreed that Russia are the greater threat to the UK, and a far greater threat than Iran are to the UK. Russis do seem to be able to infiltrate the UK with the greatest of ease too..(think Salisbury incident). Thay is a worry. Russia are also constantly meddling in elections (Brexit, Trump) in an attempt to weaken world peace. In the case of supporting Trump, and helping him to gain power a 2nd time, well we can see how Russia's tactics have paid off. The world is a more dangerous place. We must remain vigilant, despite the distractions. I think that Russia are to be feared, as they are behind most attacks on the UK, including cyber and suspicious or illegal activity reported. RAF base is another target.

Am not understanding any of this. I mean my take on things is that charging someone with terrorist activities means you can detain them for a substantial amount of time.
And no explosives but petrol.
There really needs to be some clarification.

It was an Iranian dual national. Presumably a Uranian would be an interplanetary migrant.

A 22-year-old British man has been arrested in relation to the RAF Fairford terror plot.

The suspect was arrested in Westminster, London, on suspicion of preparation of terrorist acts. It is the seventh arrest in relation to the alleged terror plot targeting the Gloucestershire base last month.
