I am not Unhappy
I am not at this moment in time what you would call Happy

The best I can come up with is
I am 'OK' or 'SO SO'

Any Idea ?

There's a word in Welsh -"gweddol" -that describes what you mean, OP.

I can't bring myself to say I'm fine if I am anything but, so I say I'm all right. It satisfies the casual enquirer.

I have heard people say "You're seeing it".

I like the term "muddling through" which implies to me that I am struggling a bit, but that is probably my own interpetation . A lot of people tend not to say what they are really feeling anyway
