"Yeah" why???????

Depends who the e-mail is to. I use Yeah in texts (hardly ever send e-mails) to friends. As I type how I speak. I wouldn't do it in business correspondence though.

I say yeah in texts, on here and in e mails because I type as I speak and that's how I speak. Maybe it's my North thing or just coz I'm common.

Even worse when it's at the end of a sentence with a question mark.

DH has a fishing friend who ends just about every sentence with 'Yeah?'

I don't think he writes it in texts though. I'll have to ask.
